We have all experienced trauma, maybe it's a little "t" or maybe it's a big "T" trauma. The word trauma might sound a bit hard to some people, but we can all relate to pain. We have experienced situations in our lives that have left us feeling fractured inside, and maybe even left us longing for a chance to feel whole again.
Trauma is not something that a person can experience, then wake up the next day, put on their shoes, leave the house, and simply go on with life. It’s something that take a lot of time and work in order to find healing.
At Still Waters Yoga our hope is that we can each find a place of healing and begin to discover wholeness as we connect again to mind, body, and soul. It is my prayer that through our classes, meditations, and community we will each discover what it feels like to be whole again.
